One-week sessions, June 15-19 and all weeks from July 15 on, 8:30 to 11:45, Mon.–Fri., $175/week. 
Each week will have a theme that our projects will relate to, like Reflection, Minatures, or the Figure. Each week will include 2D projects, like drawing and painting, and part of the time doing 3D projects, like textiles or sculpture.

Projects will be designed to be developmentally appropriate for each age group so they are challenging without being frustrating. I will teach solid art skills and help each person express his or her unique vision. Summer art camp will be fun and inspiring!

FULL-DAY ARTSTORY CAMP
One-week sessions the weeks of August 17, 24, and 31, 8:30 to 4:00, Mon.–Fri, $300/week for a full day (YES, this price is $50 lower than originally announced), or $175 for half a day.
In an exciting new initiative, I will be collaborating with Grumblethorpe, a historic house one block away from my studio. I will host campers at my studio in the morning (8:30 – 11:45), have a picnic lunch (please pack this), and walk them over to Grumblethorpe for an afternoon of hands-on activities with Grumblethorpe’s Education Director, Diana Thompson (12:45 – 4:00).

Each week will have a theme that will inspire us at both the studio and Grumblethorpe. Themes are: Colonial Art and Science for the week of August 17, Colonial Craft Arts for the week of August 24, and Food for the week of August 31. Campers can sign up for the full day, just the morning (at my studio) or just the afternoon (at Grumblethorpe).

Summer 1: Weds., July 15 to Aug. 5, 1:30 to 4:00 Summer 2: Weds., Aug. 12 to Sept. 2, 1:30 to 4:00
Each session: $96 for 4 classes + $15 materials fee
Missed classes in each session can be made up in the next session.

These classes will include both 2D projects, like drawing and painting, and 3D projects, like sculpture and sewing, focused on a theme. Within this structure, each young artist will get to build their skills and explore their own interests.
